Our Key Priorities for 2025-26
At St Wilfrid’s, we want every child to feel safe, happy, and ready to achieve their best. This year, we are focusing on five main areas:
Keeping Everyone Safe and Included
We will continue to make safeguarding a top priority and ensure that all children, including those with additional needs, have the support they need to thrive.
High-Quality Teaching and Learning
Our teachers will keep building strong foundations in reading, writing, and maths, while making learning exciting and accessible for every child.
Helping Every Child Achieve Their Best
We will track progress carefully and provide extra help where needed, so all children can reach their full potential.
Positive Behaviour, Attendance, and Well-being
We aim to maintain a respectful, caring school culture, improve attendance, and support children’s mental health and happiness.
Strong Leadership and Early Years Focus
We will keep developing our leadership team and ensure our youngest learners have the best start through a rich, language-focused curriculum.
