Recycling Bins for the village

Recycling bins- some of you may have noticed the arrival of two new recycling bins in the village. This was down to the hard work of a group of girls who left St. Wilfrid’s last year. They wrote a letter to Sir David Attenborough about their ‘pick up plastic’ day on the beach. They also organised a recycling fundraising day to donate to the Angmering Parish Council. This is a great example of putting ideas into action and shows what can be done when you have a strong view! I am hoping to invite the girls back to school to have a photograph opportunity! We have waited a long time for the bins, so please support and use them to recycle.

6th March is Dress up day for ‘World Book Day’ at St Wilfrid’s (Children can dress as any character from their favourite book or story!)
